Yes. The initial evaluation and quote are free and without obligation.

Our team supports patients in Turkish, English, German and Arabic.

Is treatment in Türkiye safe?
Türkiye has a modern healthcare system with many licensed, internationally minded private hospitals. We work only with partners that meet our quality and safety criteria and always recommend an individual medical evaluation first.
How are your doctors selected?
We verify diplomas, specialist training, licences and experience, and we review hospital standards before collaborating.
What if I have a problem after returning home?
You have a direct line to your coordinator. We arrange remote reviews with your surgeon and, where needed, guide you to local care.
Costs & payments
What is included in the price?
Packages typically include treatment, hospital stay, accommodation, transfers and an interpreter. Your written quote lists exactly what is covered.
How can I pay?
A small deposit confirms your booking, and the balance is paid in Türkiye. Accepted payment methods are explained in your quote.
Are there hidden costs?
No. If something is not included in your plan, we will tell you before you decide.
Travel & recovery
How long will I stay in Türkiye?
It depends on the treatment: typically 3–4 days for hair transplant, 5–7 for obesity surgery and dental treatments, and 7–10 for aesthetic surgery.
Can a family member travel with me?
Of course. We can arrange accommodation and transfers for your companion.
When can I fly home?
After your final check-up and with your surgeon’s approval, which your coordinator will schedule for you.
